2. Account Registration and Eligibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

6.4 Player Responsibility

7.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their interpretation, validity, or enforcement, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. Players agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such disputes.

8. Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request closure of their 47jl22 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC verification. Closure requests are typically processed within 7 business days. Players who close their accounts may not be eligible to reopen the same account and may be required to register a new account if they wish to return to the platform in the future.

8.2 Operator-Initiated Suspension or Termination

47jl22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions or any related policies;

• Engagement in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Suspected money laundering or other financial crimes;
• Breach of responsible gaming limits or self-exclusion agreements;

• Regulatory or legal requirements mandating account closure.

In cases of account suspension or termination for cause, the Operator reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any account balances, pending withdrawals, or bonus winnings. In cases where account closure is not due to Player misconduct, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Player.

8.3 Dormant and Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or gameplay activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. The Operator reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of ₱100 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) on dormant accounts. Players will be notified via registered email at least 30 days before dormancy fees are applied. Players may reactivate dormant accounts at any time by logging in and verifying their identity.
